  They never answer the phone, as if no one works there. On hold 3 occasions for 40 min. Called during regular hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

  OH... not to mention, during my car lease, my vehicle was stolen.. the police and honda would not doing anything.. So eventually I took action and actually found my car. No damage to car, and i still made my payments as usual while looking for vehicle. After i returned the lease ON TIME, they put a REPO status on my credit. Which now has caused many problems for me.

  Extremely complicated! They will make you go trough hell to remove an insurance you took with them.
